The Gut zoomer 3.0 is a PCR-based test that screens for 171 commensal microbes and 67 gut pathogens, including intestinal parasites, worms, fungi, and viruses. Relative abundances are displayed at the phylum, family, genus, and species level, and correlated to medical condition risk. The Gut Zoomer 3.0 also includes a full functional diagnostic panel of inflammatory markers and markers of digestive insufficiency. Using a propriety silicon microarray technology, the Gut zoomer gives you the most accurate measure of the relative abundance of an organism in the intestinal microbiome.
